Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to an order being confirmed.

Orders & Payment
When you place an order on anantara.africa, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
We accept the following payment methods:

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to addresses within South Africa and selected international destinations. Delivery timeframes and shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard delivery within South Africa: 3–5 business days
- Express delivery within South Africa: 1–2 business days
- International delivery: 7–14 business days (subject to customs)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us at hello@anantara.africa.
Complimentary shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. Such promotions are subject to change at any time.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Anantara purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return unless they are found to be faulty or not as described.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent. In such cases, we will arrange and cover the cost of the return.
